I don't know about you, but I'm an "eternal optimist". My outlook is always "half full" and I try my hardest to find the good in people. I know it's not easy, in this divided world, to maintain a positive outlook but if there's one thing, I'm sure of, it's that inner peace and happiness can be found by uniting around a common desire to forge strong bonds and to help those who are in need or who may be less fortunate than we are.
As we launch Life's A Team Sport, we are committed to putting in the effort, to do the work necessary and to highlight and support those people, organizations and foundations whose commitment and mission is the same as ours. An important part of our initiative is to "give back" and we will be donating 10% of our net profits to those who we are collaborating with. We'll detail that program for you as it develops but be assured that when you buy our products or when you connect us with an organization/foundation that we ultimately align with, we'll make a financial commitment to them.
We ask that you be conscious to do the "little things" that will make a big difference in the moment... hold the door for someone, help an elderly person with their groceries, let someone with just a few items go in front of you when you're on the line to pay at a supermarket, give a homeless person a few bucks or better yet, buy them something to eat. None of these things are difficult if you believe, as we do, that Life's A Team Sport!
We would love for you to connect with us by writing in to share your experiences and ideas as well as to introduce us to your favorite communities and organizations who are giving their best effort to show that Life's A Team Sport.
Peace,
Mitch
